Sydney joined us at Gaytonwood, and within days believed he was a Golden Retriever much to the despair of his breeders Sarah and Rosemarie Jackson who entrusted him to us and have been so helpful in training me to bath, groom and show him. He was awarded a Reserve in Minor Puppy at his first Championship Show and was Best AVNSC Puppy and 2nd in the Toy Puppy Group under Terry Nethercott (Sunsalve) at his first Open Show. We intend to campaign him alongside our Goldens during 2008 and look forward to having a bit of fun. Many thanks to Sarah who (probably against her better judgement) agreed to let him come and live here and is always on hand to help when I need it (and that has been quite often, especially in the first few weeks) and we hope to make her and Buddie, Sydneys dad proud.
